Return, Refund & Shipping Policy
Please read our return and refund policies and guidelines carefully before buying products from the site. If you have any issues then please contact us before purchase else it is presumed that you agree with the policies mentioned herein.
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from BioRoyale. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they give you the expected results. The following may be used as general guidelines and does not necessarily represent results in every case:
- Scalp conditions should start improving in 7-15 days
- Hair fall in most of the case will reduce within 2-3 weeks of regular use as per usage guidelines.
- You should be seeing new hair growing within 1-3 months. We would encourage you to take pictures periodically before starting our product and after every 4 weeks. You will be able to appreciate the results better.
We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not work for you. In that unlikely event, you can return the product based on following return policy:
- You can return the product for refund within 30 calendar days from date of invoice.
- The refund is for first time user only. Product for refund/replacement should be sent freight prepaid to BioRoyale. In case required, BioRoyale shall ship the product back freight prepaid. The Original Copy of Invoice of purchase must be sent along with as proof-of-purchase for making a refund claim.
- The refund will be sent for full amount less shipment charges/banking charges. The refund will be to the same credit card from where the payment was made.
- In case of damaged parcels or shipment errors please notify us within 3 days so that necessary steps may be taken.
- Please note that in case of any dispute on refunds, the discretion of BioRoyale will be final
The total liability of BioRoyale under all counts for transaction on this portal shall be limited to the value of the product bought by the customer. BioRoyale shall not be responsible for any subsequent or consequential loss on any account.

Shipping Policy
- We normally ship the order within 48 working hours through a recognized courier. The order shall normally be delivered in 3-5 business days in Singapore and 1-3 weeks globally depending up to your location. In some case it may take longer to deliver the shipment due to local factors or factors beyond control of BioRoyale. However, in case of delays due to unforeseeable reasons or reasons beyond control of BioRoyale, BioRoyale shall not be held responsible.
- If the shipment is not delivered on account of a mistake by User (e.g. wrong name, address or premises found closed) any extra cost incurred by BioRoyale for redelivery shall be paid by the User.
- Please do not accept any shipment that seems damaged or tampered. In such case you may open the shipment in with consent and in presence of the delivery person and accept only if the contents are safe, else return the shipment after marking ‘Damaged shipment’.
- BioRoyale shall not entertain any claim for physical damage or short shipment if not informed with 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we have shipped the wrong item.
- In case BioRoyale is not able to execute any order for any reason then it shall inform the customer and refund the full money paid by the customer.
- The total liability of BioRoyale under all counts for transaction on this portal shall be limited to the value of the product bought by the customer. BioRoyale shall not be responsible for any subsequent or consequential loss on any account.
All coupons for online ordering are valid outside of major sale days only.
